During Bio Energy Healing Treatment, the primary aim of the therapist is to locate any energy disturbances using a series of unique hand movements to scan the energy field within and around the human body. Having located the energy blockages and imbalances, the therapist then proceeds to release the blockages, through another series of unique hand movements and this in turn enables the life energy to flow through the body.
The basic principle underlying Bio-Energy Therapy is, that when we are healthy and life is good, our energy flows freely and this helps to maintain good health and well-being. However, physical or emotional stress, trauma, our environment, and our thoughts, can disrupt our energy flow and prevent our immune system from working efficiently, leading to disease and ill-health. Dis-ease is the bodies way to communicate to the person that their body and mind needs to be brought back to a place of balance and ease.

What can you expect from a Bio Energy Treatment?
During Bio-Energy Therapy you will experience a relaxed and present state, where everything feels like it has been lifted, your minds activity and thought process will slow down, anxiety and depression will melt away. This treatment takes place in a private and relaxed environment using a background of specially chosen healing music that has been found to enhance the treatment. A typical Bio-Energy Healing treatment takes place over 4 consecutive days or over 4 consecutive weeks, with a follow up session after 6 weeks. Sessions last approximately 60 minutes. Bio-Energy Healing is non-invasive, there is minimal touch and the client remains fully clothed removing only shoes and metal objects.
Around the second or third treatment, some patients may experience a cleansing and release as if their condition was worsening. In fact, this is a taken as a positive sign and is an important part of the healing process. In my experience the short-term worsening of symptoms is usually a prelude to the return to full health. After the session some clients immediately begin to feel remarkable changes in their health. Others become more aware of their illness for a few days as their body starts to release years of stagnant energy. Clients may also notice very little happening initially but find their illnesses have disappeared over the weeks following the sessions.
Bio Energy works at an energetic level to treat any illness or disease whether it's nature is mental, emotional, physical or spiritual. It is important to note that Bio energy does not claim to cure illness but to facilitate self healing and empower the client to gain their health back into their own hands, which is rightfully theirs.
On the fourth day of the treatment, the therapist may go through a health care programme with the client, explaining any changes that need to be made regarding diet, exercise, rest, positive attitude etc. This is an essential part of the process and is of vital importance in creating the environment, which will facilitate continued healing and better health.
Children respond very well to the treatment, their healing often happens more quickly than that of adults.
Clients often report feeling very calm, relaxed, better clarity of mind, an energy boost, a more positive attitude and outlook to life, less pain, better connection to themselves and their overall relationships to other people.
